AUDITIONS FOR THE 2025-2026 SEASON ARE ON MAY 3RD, 2025.

Competitive dance is a fantastic opportunity for kids who are ready to take their skills to the next level and challenge themselves. It’s designed for children with a passion for dance who are eager to work hard, improve, and stand out. Being part of a competitive team teaches valuable life skills such as discipline, focus, time management, and perseverance—traits that will benefit them in all areas of life. In addition to physical strength, flexibility, and coordination, your child will gain confidence, create lasting friendships, and have the exciting experience of performing at events and competitions. Competitive Team Tuition Rates

Unlimited Tuition Pass is included for all company members. This means company members have access to any classes at the studio for this all-inclusive price.

Competitive teams participate in a range of community events, conventions, and competitions based on the level outlined below:

Ages: 6-9
Tuition: $199/month (Unlimited Pass included)
Required Classes:

• Company Class (1 hour)

• Technique (45 mins)

• Ballet (45 mins)

Mini Crew (Hip Hop)
Ages: 6-9
Tuition: $199/month (Unlimited Pass included)
Required Classes:

• Company Class (1 hour)

• Technique (45 mins)

• Hip Hop (45 mins)

• Acrobats (45 mins)

*Note: Tuition remains the same if dancers choose to participate in both the Company and Mini Crew Hip Hop teams. Both are included in the price of $199/ month.

Junior Company & Nova Teen Company (separate teams) (Ages 9-12 & 13+)

Tuition: $299/month (Unlimited Pass included)
Required Classes (all classes are 1 hour long):

• Company Class Rehearsals (2)

• Ballet

• Core & Stability

 

Hip Hop Crew (Ages 10+)

Tuition: $299/month (Unlimited Pass included)
Required Classes: (all classes are 1 hour long):

• Hip Hop Class

• Company Hip Hop Class

• Acrobats

• Turns & Technique

• Core & Stability

 

We encourage Hip Hop Crew members to also take Elect Company classes, as they are included in the price of Elect Company. *Note: Tuition remains the same if dancers choose to participate in both the Company and Crew Hip Hop teams. Both are included in the price of $299/ month.

 

Elite Company

Tuition: $299/month (Unlimited Pass included)
Required Classes: (all classes are 1 hour long):

• Same as Teen Company PLUS Elite Company Rehearsals

Audition Information:

Audition Information for Competitive Dance Teams:

Date and Time:
Auditions will be held on Saturday, May 3rd, from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Arrival:
Dancers are expected to arrive on time and be warmed up, stretched, and ready to dance. You may arrive early to stretch in the other studio.

Audition Attire:

• Top: Black t-shirt, tank top, or sports bra

• Bottom: Black shorts or leggings

• Hair: Slicked-back neat bun

• Shoes: Appropriate shoes for your audition (turning shoes, jazz shoes, tennis shoes, tap shoes, etc.)

  • Note: Bare feet are acceptable, except for hip hop auditions, where tennis shoes or sneakers are required.

 

AUDITION SCHEDULE: 

10:00 AM: MINIS COMPANY AUDITIONS (AGES 5-8)

10:30 AM: HIP HOP CREW AUDITIONS (AGES 5-8)

11:00 AM: JUNIOR COMPANY AUDITIONS (AGES 9-12)

11:45 AM: HIP HOP COMPANY AUDITIONS (AGES 10+)

12:30 PM: TEEN COMPANY AUDITIONS (AGES 13+)

1:15 PM: ELITE COMPANY AUDITIONS (AGES 13+)

2:00 PM: TAP COMPANIES AUDITIONS (AGES 11+)

 

Following the audition process, we will provide detailed information on uniforms, costuming, competitions, and conventions after your student’s placement audition is completed.

Important Note: Everyone who auditions will be placed on a team (except for Elite Company, which has a selective process). Elite Company will have eliminations and is based on technique, skill, and advanced level placement. We encourage all dancers to try out as every student will have the chance to be part of a competitive team!

Competition Policies:

• Attendance Policy:

  • Competitive students are allowed a maximum of 4 missed classes throughout the season.

  • Missed competition classes must be made up.

  • Make-up classes for competition classes will incur an additional fee.

• Competition Costume Fees:

  • The initial costume fee is $115.

  • Each additional costume costs $95.

  • Two pairs of tights are included in the initial costume fee.

• Refund Policy:

  • All Costume/Showcase fees are non-refundable after January 15th for the annual recital.

  • Partial refunds for recital costumes are possible after payment is made up until January 15th, but full refunds cannot be provided after the costume order is made due to tax and shipping expenses.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Costume and uniform fees for competitive teams are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is non-transferable and non-refundable.
